Steve Gant was a US Navy pilot flying Intruder aircraft . He was Pilot of the year in 1972. His flight rig includes : Helmet , Mask , Flight suit with original “NAM “ made patches , ear plugs , survival vest with all contents , Parachute harness with all original fittings , Life jacket , Speed jeans , gloves, boots , helmet bag , torch & Vietnam map . Also included are His : Dog Tags , Medals , various badges with his name , emergency radio , Green Lizards scarf & Cap , engraved Zippo lighter from his ship , model Intruder presented as Pilot of the year , escape cards & various other items . See photos. Original flight items from the Vietnam war are very rare . This is original & mint condition from a famous & known pilot.
