WW2 Italian Breda with an Anti-Aircraft mount, dated 1937 with the spent case catcher, with manufacturers plate in place, very good condition. Deactivated WW2 Breda M37 7.92mm Heavy Machine Gun and Tripod, in very good deactivated condition. Complete with moving dummy steel bolt (under spring pressure), moving trigger, safety, and opening top cover. The M37 Breda entered service in 1937 and was the mainstay Italian machine gun in WWII and well into the early 1960s. It was fed from a twenty round stripper clip, borrowed from the Hotchkiss design and like most weapons of this type was an extremely rugged and dependable weapon. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold a London or Birmingham proof mark and certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly.
