Obsolete Calibre M1877 Werndl–Holub 11x58R Calibre Rifle in good cosmetic, very good mechanical condition, with Persian markings. 1878 dated manufacture. The M1867 Werndl–Holub was a single-shot breech loading rifle that the Austro-Hungarian army adopted in 1867. The M1877 was basically the same rifle, but with a much strengthened receiver and rotating bolt. They were a very solid, simple design and were capable of good accuracy out to about 500 metres. They remained in service with Austrian second line units until the end of World War One. Obsolete Calibre Antique, no licence required.
