Obsolete Calibre Antique Colt New Line .30 RF Calibre Revolver in good cosmetic, excellent tight mechanical condition, with walnut grips. The serial number puts production at 1875. The Colt New line series of revolvers was introduced in 1873 and continued until 1879. The .30 Calibre version was made form 1874 until 1876. The New Line was one of the first rear loading metallic cartridge revolvers manufactured by Colt. They served primarily as high quality, concealable self defence weapons for those who could afford them. Obsolete Calibre, no licence required.
