Deactivated Rare Nickel Plated Webley Green .476 Calibre Revolver. In very good deactivated condition. The Webley Pryce Revolver was first introduced in 1877 and stayed in production until the early 1890s. It differed from ordinary Webley’s of the period, in that it used a double prong locking mechanism. They were used all over the empire and were popular private purchase items for officers in all the Commonwealth countries until the end of early twentieth century. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly.
