Deactivated Walther P38K Pistol

.
Deactivated Rare Walther P38K 9mm NATO Pistol in excellent deactivated condition, With original case and cleaning rod. The Walther P38K pistol first appeared in 1974 and was developed for the West German police. It was made until 1981 and only 2600 were ever made. It is almost an exact copy of the wartime P38, except that the barrel is 2 inches shorter and has the fore sight on top of the receiver bridge. The slide is a solid design and does away with the flimsy top cover, it has no safety, just a decocking lever in its place, the grips are black chequered plastic and the frame is made of alloy. Like its parent, it is a very well made, reliable gun and is very easy to shoot. A very rare find. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
