Deactivated Moving Bolt VZ-26 SMG SN. VZ26 *

Availability: In stock

Quick Overview

Deactivated VZ 26 7.62mm Sub Machine Gun in very good deactivated condition, with full moving, fake bolt (under spring pressure, see video), moving trigger and safety. Introduced in 1948, the VZ 25/26 series was the first production SMG in the world to have a telescoping bolt and the magazine in the handle. It heavily influenced the design of the Israeli Uzi and it can be described as a classic historical design. It also incorporated a select fire trigger (short pull for semi, full pull for auto) and even in the open position, the bolt would block the ejection port, thus not allowing the ingress of dirt. It was a reliable, compact weapon and they saw service all over the world and still can turn up today in third world countries. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly.
