Deactivated Rare Viking Arms 9mm Sub Machine Gun in excellent new spec condition, with sling. These first appeared in the early 80s in the USA and only about a thousand were made, though the end user was never disclosed. They were a simple, blowback design with a rate of fire of 750 RPM. They were very well made and reliable and accepted Swedish K magazines. The problem was that there was no real need for a new SMG design at the time when the world was full of Uzis and Ingrams and the assault rifles in use by most of the worlds armies were capable of full auto fire and could fulfil the SMG role quite well, at a pinch. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
