Deactivated Suppressed .22 LR Ruger MKIII Pistol in excellent deactivated condition. This the latest MKIII version, with polymer grip that mimics the M1911A1 type for ease of use and also makes this model significantly lighter than previous versions of this excellent weapon. These integrally suppressed Ruger pistols are used all over the world by Special Forces, Intelligence Agencies and SWAT Teams for accurate, quiet elimination of targets up 50 metres away. They are more often than not used for taking out street lights, security systems and dogs rather than quiet elimination of sentries. The integral, full length suppressor gives awesome noise reduction when used with sub sonic ammunition and they are accurate out to fifty metres when used by an expert. It is also possible to use the thumb of the weak hand to push against the rear of the bolt to make it a single shot for near total silence. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
