Availability: In stock

Quick Overview

Deactivated Very Rare Steyr TMP 9mm NATO Sub Machine Gun in very good deactivated condition. Latest EU spec, with moving bolt (under spring pressure), three position safety selector, bolt hold open, and trigger. The Steyr TMP (Taktische Maschinenpistole - Tactical Machine Pistol) is a select-fire 9×19mm Parabellum calibre machine pistol that was manufactured by Steyr Mannlicher of Austria from 1992 to 2001. The design then changed to the B&T MP9. They were tested with all makes of 9mm Parabellum ammo and are claimed to be able to fire any type, or combination of types, without any stoppages whatsoever. It also fires from a closed bolt and is capable of easy head shots at 40 metres. They are also very lightweight, yet have excellent controllability, due to the rotary breech locking arrangement. They can either be fired like a pistol on semi automatic or be used with the forward grip in burst fire, usually being pulled against some sort of sling, to create ‘triangular tension’. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly.
