Deactivated Ultra Rare SS RSHA Sauer 38H 7.65mm Pistol in excellent deactivated condition with SS, RSHA Nazi stamps and original Waffenampt stamped holster. The RHSA was the Reichssicherheitshauptamt, or Reich Main Security Office. They were basically an arm of the SS that was directly responsible to Heinrich Himmler himself and their stated duty was to fight `All enemies of the Reich’ inside and outside the borders of Nazi Germany. This example is stamped RSHA. IV. A. 1, which was the office of the RSHA responsible for subverting Communism, Marxism and German resistance, war offenses and enemy propaganda! A very rare find. The Sauer 38H was introduced in 1938 and about 200,000 were produced until production ended in 1945. They were a popular design, as they allowed the internal hammer to be cocked or de-cocked just by pressing a small lever. This was copied on the Heckler and Koch P9s pistol. They were also very well made and reliable little guns. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
