Deactivated Smith and Wesson Model 36 SN. 8163 ^

Availability: In stock

Quick Overview

Deactivated Smith and Wesson .38 Special Model 36 Revolver in excellent deactivated condition, with Pachmyer grips. The Smith and Wesson Model 36, or the Chiefs Special, as it is known, was introduced in 1953 and has been in production ever since. It was the most widely used weapon for plain clothes work for two generations of policemen, both in the USA and the rest of the world. This five shot revolver is very small compared to other manufacturer’s models and is very concealable. It also fits the hand very well and is easy to fire. An elegant little gun. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly.
