The Model 17 is the modern name for the Classic K-22 Masterpiece, which was introduced in 1946. The two guns are virtually identical. They quickly became one of the most popular target revolvers in the world, as they are capable of one and a half inch groups at fifty metres. The single action trigger pull is particularly light and smooth. Still one of the best .22 LR pistols out there. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold a London or Birmingham proof mark and certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
