The Smith & Wesson Model 10 was first introduced in 1899 and is still in production to this day. It has gone through several small redesigns and name changes, but is, in essence, the same standard model. More of this type of revolver have been made by Smith and Wesson than any other model they produce. They are classics, in every sense of the word and have armed soldiers, civilians and police all over the world for over a century. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
