Availability: In stock

Quick Overview

Non EU sales Only. Can be redeactivated to EU/ UK spec. Deactivated Rare Soviet SG-43 7.62mm Medium Machine Gun. 1944 Izhevsk production in really excellent deactivated condition and complete with correct wheeled mount. The SG-43 (Sistyema Gor-yoonova) was introduced in 1943 and were intended to replace the Maxims in use at the time. They were very sturdy and reliable and served in the ground role with the Soviets until 1968, though the tank version was in use until the late 1970s. They can still be found in hot spots all over the world and will be around as long as the ammo is available for them, as they are pretty much indestructible. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold a London or Birmingham proof mark and certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly. Can be redeactivated to EU/ UK spec.
