First introduced in 1989, and still in production, the Ruger SP101 Revolver in .357 Magnum is one of the smallest handguns in this calibre suitable for concealed carry. Being a Ruger, it is made to very high standards and is built like a tank, and is rated for +P+ ammunition, which is extremely high pressure and very powerful. The same gun is also available in 9mm NATO and .22LR (eight shot version). All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
