Deactivated Ruger P85 9mm Pistol in very good deactivated condition. The Ruger P85 was introduced in 1987 and they soon gained a reputation for ruggedness and reliability, like everything else Sturm Ruger makes. They are interesting in that all of the internal parts and the barrel are made of stainless steel, while all of the external parts are carbon steel. They are always made with an attractive, two tone grey phosphate finish, which is always darker in reality than it appears in photos. This is also the official sidearm of the Israeli Air Force for air crew. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold a London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
