Non EU sales Only. Can be redeactivated to EU/ UK spec. Deactivated Old Spec Czech ZB26 7.92mm Light Machine Gun, with correct sling. Excellent deactivated condition. The ZB26 entered service in 1925 and was made until 1945 in Czechoslovakia and until the mid 1950s in China. It was an excellent design, light, accurate, very reliable and easy to use and maintain. It was the direct forebear of the famous Bren Gun and also heavily influenced the Japanese Type 99 and the Finnish KK42. Like all Czech weapons of the period, it is superbly made and finished. They were a favourite of the Waffen SS, as it suited their aggressive fire and manoeuvre tactics, and also the Chinese on both sides of their civil war. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly. Can be redeactivated to EU/ UK spec. Can be redeactivated to EU/ UK spec. Please click on the deposits tab at the top of the page for more information on paying in instalments.
