Deactivated Old Spec VZ-26 SMG SN. 5114 ^
Non EU sales Only. Can be redeactivated to EU/ UK spec. Deactivated Old Spec VZ-26 9mm Parabellum Sub Machine Gun in excellent deactivated condition, with sling. 1950 dated, Czech military production. Introduced in 1948, the VZ 23 series was the first production SMG in the world to have a telescoping bolt and the magazine in the handle. Examples captured from the Egyptians heavily influenced the design of the Israeli Uzi and it is fair to say that it was a pivotal design influence in small arms history. It also incorporated a select fire trigger (short pull for semi, full pull for auto) and even in the open position, the bolt would block the ejection port, thus not allowing the ingress of dirt. It also had a magazine loader built into the front grip. It was a reliable, compact weapon and they saw service all over the world and still can turn up today in third world countries. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly. Can be redeactivated to EU/ UK spec.
