Quick Overview

Deactivated Old Spec Smith and Wesson M1917 .45 ACP Calibre Revolver. Brazilian stamped and 1937 dated, in very good condition. These M1917s were purchased by various nations from the early twentieth century, until the mid-1950s. Like all Smith and Wesson N frames, these were extremely strong and rugged weapons which could easily handle the American .45 ACP cartridge. They were very popular with the troops who were issued them. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
