Non EU sales Only. Can be redeactivated to EU/ UK spec. Deactivated Old Spec Madsen M50 Sub Machine Gun in very good condition, with magazine loader inside. The Danish Madsen M50 entered service in 1950 and was only replaced in the mid-1980s. They were a simple and rugged weapon, notable for two things. One was the fact that the whole gun split in two parts lengthways for stripping. The other was that there was a built in bolt interrupter grip safety on the mag well that had to be depressed in order for the weapon to fire. Thousands of these weapons were supplied by the CIA to various freedom fighters around the globe in the 1950s and 60s and they can turn up literally anywhere in the world. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly.
