Deactivated Old Spec M14 7.62mm NATO Rifle in excellent deactivated condition and with the correct military M1 Bipod attached. The M14 rifle is a US selective fire rifle firing 7.62 NATO ammunition. It was the standard issue U.S. rifle from 1959 to 1970. It remains in limited front line service with US forces and it is famous for its accuracy at long ranges and for its toughness and reliability. The M14 also provides the basis for the M21 and M25 sniper rifles and there are also short barrel versions in use with US Special Forces. A classic design, that is still soldiering on after half a century of almost constant use. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
