These rifles, in all their various versions, were the second most widely adopted assault rifle on earth. Only the AK47 has seen wider service. They were called 'the right hand of the free world' and have been used all over the globe. They are all basically the same and the differences tend to be in styles of furniture, barrel length and flash hiders etc, but they are all the same basic excellent design and they are still the main issue weapon of over 20 countries. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold a London or Birmingham proof mark and certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K. Can be redeactivated to EU/ UK spec.
