Deactivated Moving Bolt MPT 76 Assault Rifle SN. MPTB “

Availability: In stock

£1,750.00

Quick Overview

Deactivated Turkish MKE MPT 76 7.62mm NATO Assault Rifle in superb condition, with fully moving bolt (under spring pressure, see video below), moving trigger and safety and, removable magazine. Complete with Factory Carry Case, Correct Sling, Issue Grip Pod, Issue Removable Hand Stop, Rail Covers, Cleaning Kit, and 56 Page Manual. The MPT 76 entered full scale service with the Turkish armed Forces in 2017. It replaced the old G3’s, which the Turks loved, and is designed to be in service for the next 35 years. They surprised everyone for not using this opportunity to go to the 5.56mm NATO Calibre, like most other NATO member nations, but have stated that the trade off in range and power did not suit their military requirements. The MPT 76 is undoubtably heavily influenced by the HK 417, especially the short stroke gas system, but has also added several interesting features of its own, including a sighting system on the magazine for shooting down aircraft! The build quality and engineering are first rate, and serving Turkish troops have nothing but high praise for it. It recently saw service with elite Turkish units in Syria and Kurdistan and has already been adopted by several other nations. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly.
