Deactivated British ML 3 inch Mortar in very good deactivated condition. The ML Mortar was in use with the British Army from the early 1930s until the late 1960s. They are still in use with some Commonwealth forces in Africa and Asia. They had a range of 2600 metres and fired a range of 3 inch munitions. As well as standard high explosive fragmentation rounds, it was also capable of firing white phosphorous, different types of smoke rounds and signalling ammo, like parachute flares. A rare find. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K
