Deactivated Mark Dineley Cased Luger PO8 Pistol SN. 3211 ^
Deactivated Luger PO8 9mm Pistol. This Luger belonged to Mark Dineley, founder of Bapty, the British world famous film armourers. It is engraved and inscribed with his service history. Complete in it’s case, with oil bottle, cleaning rod, and key. 1916 dated DWM production in excellent deactivated condition, with full matching numbers, excluding the magazine. Latest EU spec, so moving trigger, safety, and toggle, but non firing action. The Luger has been around for over a century now and they are still being made. It is probably the most easily recognised pistol in the world and even my granny could recognise one. They are one of the easiest pistols to shoot, as their natural pointability really does allow you aim instinctively and they are, by design, inherently accurate as well. An iconic classic, that every serious collector should have at least one of in their collection. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly.
