Deactivated M1907 Roth Steyr 8mm Pistol.  In good, original external deactivated condition but mechanically excellent, with a very strong action.  The M1907 Roth Steyr Pistol was designed by a Czech inventor whose design won the Austro-Hungarian army trails in 1906, with his design for a semi-automatic pistol.  it was adopted in 1907 and was the first semi auto to be adopted by a major power.  It was originally intended for the cavalry, but soon was in widespread use with the entire army.  They were of ingenious design and very robust, as the action on this one is still rock solid after a hundred years.  They soldiered on into WWII, when they were used by Yugoslavia, Italy and Poland.  All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold a London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly.
