Rare Deactivated Large Ring, Flat Side Mauser C96 7.63mm Pistol. Full matching numbers with the name, R. H. Logan engraved on the RHS, and in very good, original deactivated condition, with some light rust patina in places, but no pitting. This model was only made between 1900 and 1903, with the large ring hammer and flat sided receiver. The Mauser C96 was the first successful production semi-automatic pistols in the world and were made to old world standards of engineering and design. There is only one screw in the entire weapon - the grips. Every other part fits together like a jigsaw puzzle. Fantastic German engineering and a total classic design. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly.
