Deactivated KGK MMG #

Availability: Out of stock

This item is no longer available and is for refence only

Quick Overview

Deactivated Hungarian KGK 7.62mm Medium Machine Gun in excellent condition. 7.62mm Nagant 50 round belts also available at £100 each. The KGK was the post war version of the Soviet SG-43 MMG. It was basically the same weapon, but with a pistol grip, stock and bipod attached to make it more user friendly and portable for ground troops. They were very sturdy and reliable and served in the ground role with the Soviets until 1968, though the tank version was in use until the late 1970s. They can still be found in hot spots all over the world and will be around as long as the ammo is available for them, as they are pretty much indestructible. A lot of gun for the money! All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold a London or Birmingham proof mark and certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
