Deactivated Ingram M10 SMG # SN. 0372

Availability: Out of stock

This item is no longer available and is for refence only

Quick Overview

Deactivated British Ingram M10 9mm Sub Machine Gun and Suppressor. In excellent new spec deactivated condition, with moving safety. Complete with 6 x 32 round magazines and pouches, 2 x 25 round magazines, sling and carry case. The Ingram M10 first appeared in 1964 and was designed by Gordon B Ingram and made by Military Armaments Corporation (hence the incorrect MAC 10 name) and thereafter several different companies. It was an extremely small SMG that was designed from the beginning for covert operations and afforded the user a huge amount of firepower in a very concealable package. The suppressor for these weapons was the real innovation, however, and was the first design to actually be quieter than the `benchmark’ Sten MKIIS. Also, the baffles did not need replacing, only cleaning, and it was fine to be used on full auto with no gradual loss in noise levels. Over the years they have been used by almost every covert agency and Special Forces in the free world, Including those belonging to the US, UK, Israelis, French, Greeks, Thais and many others. They are still in production to this day. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
