Rare Deactivated High Standard Sentinel .22 LR Calibre Revolver in very good deactivated condition. The High Standard Sentinel was made from 1955 until 1979. They were nine shot revolvers that had legendary accuracy. The build quality was excellent, and they are still very popular in the USA. Although originally intended as a target or field gun, because of the large capacity and calibre many were used as carry and home defence weapons. A rare find. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly.
