Deactivated Spanish S&W Russian .455 Eley Copy by Guisasola of Eibar and in very good, original deactivated condition, with correct British lanyard. Tens of thousands of these revolvers from the Eibar region of Spain were sold to the British, amongst others, in WWI. They were copies of the famous S&W Russian, and were well made, quality guns, that stood up to the mud and abuse of the trenches very well. A rare piece. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold a London or Birmingham proof mark and certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly.
