The first Glocks were introduced in 1982 and since then, over 2,500,000 have been produced. They are famous for their simple construction, utter reliability, excellent accuracy and ease of use and light weight. They are the most widely carried military and police semi auto in the world and are in use in over fifty countries. The MOD recently announced that the Glock would replace the Browning as the standard pistol of the British Armed Forces. A modern classic.
