Deactivated Fabrique Nationale 7.62mm Light Machine Gun in very good deactivated condition with full moving parts. This is the LMG version of the FN FAL. It was basically the same weapon, but with a heavier barrel, bipod and the provision for full automatic fire. They were adopted by around 25 different countries, including Israel, Australia and Canada. The FAL rifles, in all their various versions, were the second most widely adopted main battle weapon on earth. Only the AK47 has seen wider service. They were called 'the right hand of the free world' and have been used all over the globe. They are all basically the same and the differences tend to be in styles of furniture, barrel length and flash hiders etc. but they are all the same basic excellent design and they are still the main issue weapon of over 20 countries. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold a London or Birmingham proof mark and certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
