.
Deactivated Rare Israeli FAL 7.62mm Light Machine Gun. Excellent condition, with full working action and profusely Israeli military stamped. The `Makleon’, as the Israelis called it, was the main LMG of the IDF from the early 1960s until the mid-1970s. These guns, in all their various versions, were the second most widely adopted firearm on earth. Only the AK47 has seen wider service. They were called 'the right hand of the free world' and have been used all over the globe. They are all basically the same and the differences tend to be in styles of furniture, barrel length and flash hiders etc, but they are all the same basic excellent design and they are still the main issue weapon of over 20 countries. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold a London or Birmingham proof mark and certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
