Deactivated CZ27 7.65mm Pistol in very good deactivated condition. Lavishly hand engraved, with hand carved wooden grips and holster. The CZ27 is an improvement on the earlier CZ24, and like most Czech weapons is made to a very high standard and shows innovative design. After the German occupation of Czechoslovakia in 1938 the pistol was adopted by the German armed forces as the P27. Construction of the pistol continued in Czechoslovakia until the 1950s and there was also a version with a sound suppressor which was popular with various clandestine agencies during the Cold War. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
