Deactivated Colt Python .357 Magnum Revolver. In excellent deactivated condition, with four inch barrel, Pachmyer grips and very smooth action. The Colt Python first appeared in 1955 and soon gained a reputation as one of the finest production revolvers in history. It has been described as the Rolls Royce of modern double action wheel guns and has a dedicated and faithful following. They are very accurate with most types of ammunition and the longer barrelled versions can be fitted with different types of optics. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold a London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
