Deactivated Colt M1903 Pocket Hammerless .32 ACP Calibre Pistol in good used cosmetic, excellent mechanical deactivated condition, with 1916 dated serial number, and bone grips. The Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless was introduced in 1903 and remained in production until 1945. They were an issue weapon with the US military until the 1970s, and were issued to high ranking general staff officers. The 1903 is an excellent design and was one of the weapons favoured by S.O.E and the O.S.S for clandestine operations. Other famous users were General Patton, Al Capone and Bonnie Parker, of Bonnie and Clyde fame. A classic design by John Moses Browning. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly.
