.
Deactivated Charter Arms Bulldog Commemorative Milestone Limited Edition .44 Special Revolver in near mint deactivated condition. Complete with velvet lined, lockable Wooden Case with engraved plaque, Charter Arms Belt Buckle and Factory Letter, stating that this is 1 of only 50 made. The Charter Arms Bulldog Revolver was introduced in 1973 and soon became very popular with law enforcement and private citizens because it was the smallest and lightest weapon in its class on the market and also because it was manufactured with a solid frame, with no side plate. This meant that it was inherently strong and could safely handle higher power loads that other aluminium frame guns could not. It is still widely carried to this day and they will be around for a long time to come. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
