Deactivated Cased Smith and Wesson Lowell Revolver SN. 4349 *
Deactivated Smith and Wesson .22 Calibre Lowell Revolver in good deactivated condition, with leather and velvet case. Lowell Arms Co. made only 5000 of this model for Smith and Wesson in 1864, as they could not keep up with production demands because of the American Civil War. They were a close copy of the S&W flagship Model No. 1, Second Issue, but featured a solid frame instead of having the hinged barrel assembly. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly.
