Deactivated Astra M4000 7.65mm Presentation Pistol in excellent deactivated condition. This beautiful example features a factory engraved action and real mother of pearl grips. The Astra M4000 pistol was introduced in 1956 and they were a reliable, quality self-defence weapon. It was an improvement on the earlier designs as it had an external hammer and could be carried safely at half cock. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
