Antique Remington No.2 New Model .32 RF Revolver in excellent condition with padded case. The nickel plating is 99% and mechanically it is like it just left the factory. The bore is also near new condition. In 1878, Remington introduced the No.2 New Model (Smoot's Patent) Revolver. It fired the .32 Rimfire cartridge and was intended as a concealable self defence weapon . About 3,000 No.2 Smoot Revolvers were manufactured by E. Remington & Sons until 1886 but many were carried well into the 20th century. Obsolete calibre antique, no licence required.
