Antique, Obsolete Calibre M1879 10.6mm Reich’s Revolver in good, original condition, with crisp action and bore and 1893 Erfurt manufacture. The M1879 Reich’s Revolver was introduced, as its name suggests, in 1879 and continued on in official service until 1908. However, many were pressed back into service at the start of World War One when there were a shortage of arms, due to the unexpected horrific number of casualties. They were a very solid, dependable design and were unusual in having a safety catch, a feature uncommon on most revolvers. Antique, obsolete calibre weapon, no licence required.
