Terms and Conditions
Please be aware that we can only sell deactivated weapons to people who are over 18 yrs of age. Replicas and Blank Firers are sold according to the VCR Act. By agreeing to our terms and conditions when ordering, you are stating that it is legal for you to purchase replicas or blank firers under the terms of the VCR Act. Airsoft guns can only be ordered by UKARA Members, Members of HM Armed forces/ Police or under the VCR Act. We cannot ship Airsoft guns outside of the UK.
Please note that D and B Militaria will not be responsible for the misuse of Airsofts. This includes rough handling, the wrong gas or "I tried to take it apart, and now it won't work" type of enquiry. If uncertain - don't do it. Seek proffessional advice. They do not come with any guarantees or warrantee from the manufacturers . They are not delicate, but neither are they real guns.
We are happy to post to the European Union, The USA and Canada (Please note that we CANNOT send deactivated weapons, magazines, or inert rounds/ shells to Japan, Canada or the US). We can no longer post to Malta, as nothing seems to ever arrive. The customer is wholly responsible for checking local laws of their country of residence. D and B Militaria shall not be held responsible for any items siezed or confiscated by local law enforcement organisations, or any penalties received for ordering restricted items under your country of residence's laws.
For shipping prices outside the UK for deactivated weapons, please contact us. We use registered and insured specialist couriers for this purpose as normal companies refuse to send deactivated weapons abroad, despite it being totally legal in most cases.
Please be careful when choosing your postage costs. We reserve the right to ammend the order cost where the wrong postage has been chosen.
Please note that all deactivated weapons sold by D & B Militaria are in compliance with UK law. If we do not have the item ordered, then we reserve the right to send another one of the same or better quality. We may not accept refunds from overseas customers who are not happy with the level of legal deactivation to a particular firearm where this contravenes the accepted pre 1995 or post 1995 UK standards. Please note that weapon accessories are sold as militaria items and are not intended for sporting use and there reliability/ suitability for live firing is in no way guaranteed. Please see the UK Deac Spec Page for more detailed information.
We do ask that the item is returned in the condition it was received within 7 days of purchase, whereupon a full refund will be issued (less P+P and any admin fees) if the item is in `as sent' condition.
