Deactivated Enfield Number 2 MK I * .38/200 Calibre Revolver. 1944 dated Enfield production, broad arrow stamped and in very good deactivated condition. The Enfield Number 2 MK I* Tankers Revolver was adopted in 1932 and served officially until 1963, but were in service until the late seventies with some units of the British army. They fired the .38/200 cartridge, which had a rather long, heavy bullet (200 grains) and was designed to tumble upon impact and improve stopping power. All deactivated weapons sold by D and B Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold a London or Birmingham proof mark and certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
